Programs in Coach Recap: a session pack showing 8 of 10 sessions used and a monthly subscription, with payment status
Packs and subscriptions, paid through Stripe, with sessions used vs. remaining.

Sell coaching the way coaching is sold

Generic invoicing tools understand hours and products. Coaching is sold as packs and programs: five sessions, ten sessions, a monthly retainer with two sessions a month. Coaching payment software needs to understand that unit, or you end up tracking “sessions remaining” in a spreadsheet next to your invoicing tool.

In Coach Recap the unit is the program. You create it once, with a price and either a session count or a monthly cycle. Clients are added to it, pay for it through Stripe, and every session they book is counted against it. The spreadsheet goes away.

  • Session packs, e.g. 5 or 10 sessions, paid once
  • Monthly subscription programs
  • Sessions used vs. total, visible to you and the client
  • Multiple participants per program

Paid through Stripe, so you don’t chase

Payments run through Stripe, which means clients pay online by card and the money goes to your bank account without you sending a reminder or reconciling a transfer. Stripe is the same payment infrastructure used by most of the tools you already pay for, so it’s familiar to clients and trusted by them.

Coach Recap’s own pricing is a flat monthly plan with every feature included. Payments aren’t an add-on and there’s no platform commission on top of Stripe’s standard processing fee.

Know when a pack is about to run out

The natural time to talk about a renewal is around session eight of ten. Most coaches miss it because the count lives somewhere they don’t look during a session. In Coach Recap the count is on the program and on the client’s profile, 8/10 next to the client’s name, so you can raise it while you are still talking.

Connected to bookings and notes

Because programs sit next to scheduling and session notes, a booking updates the pack and the session page is ready for notes. Nothing is entered twice. A client’s profile shows which programs they’re on, what they’ve paid, and what’s left.

  • Bookings count against the client’s program automatically
  • Program status and payment history on the client profile
  • Contracts stored with the client, not in your inbox

Included on every plan

Programs and payments are part of every Coach Recap plan, including the free plan for three clients. You can run your first paid pack on the free plan with no credit card on file. When you outgrow three clients, the Professional plan is €29 a month for twenty, and Business is €79 for unlimited.

Frequently asked questions

How do clients pay for coaching in Coach Recap?

Online, through Stripe. You create a program, for example a 5-session pack or a monthly subscription, and the client pays for it by card. Stripe handles the card processing and payouts to your bank account.

Can I sell session packs and subscriptions?

Yes, both. Session packs (for example 5 or 10 sessions) are paid once and used up over time. Subscription programs bill monthly. Each session is tracked against the program, so you and the client always know what’s left.

Does Coach Recap charge a commission on payments?

Coach Recap’s plans are a flat monthly price and every feature is included, payments too. Stripe’s own card-processing fees apply to each transaction, as they would with any payment provider.

Can a program have more than one client?

Yes. A program can have multiple participants, which is useful for couples, co-founders or a small group working through the same package.
