Which plan fits your practice

Starter, free: up to 3 clients

For coaches in training, coaches with a first few paying clients, or anyone who wants to run real sessions on the product before paying. Nothing is held back; it’s the same software as the paid plans with a lower client limit. No credit card, no expiry.

Professional, €29/month: up to 20 clients

The plan most solo coaches land on. Twenty active clients is a full 1:1 practice for one person. Because only clients with a session or booking in the last 90 days count, a long client list from past years doesn’t push you up a tier.

Business, €79/month: unlimited clients

For full-time practices with high client turnover, short programs with many participants, or anyone who doesn’t want to think about the count.

How this compares to other coaching software

Most coaching platforms charge one flat price for unlimited clients, with a short trial and no free plan. Paperbell, the most-cited alternative, is $57/month or $570/year (verified September 2026). That’s good value for a practice with thirty clients and expensive for one with four.

Coach Recap’s pricing is built for the second coach. Free until you have more than three clients, €29 until you have more than twenty, and €79 only when you genuinely have an unlimited-sized practice. Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free for up to 3 active clients, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes every feature: scheduling, session notes, programs and payments, forms, contracts, chat, branding and the mobile app.

What counts as an active client?

An active client is anyone who has had a session or booking in the last 90 days. Past clients don’t count toward your limit, so you only pay for the practice you’re running now.

What happens when I reach the client limit?

You’ll be asked to upgrade before adding a fourth active client on Starter, or a twenty-first on Professional. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working; your existing clients and sessions stay exactly as they are.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and any payments are prorated.

Is there a contract or a discount for annual billing?

No contract: paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you prefer annual billing, you get two months free.

Do you take a cut of my client payments?

No. Plans are a flat monthly price and payments are included as a feature. Client payments run through Stripe, whose standard card-processing fees apply, as they would with any provider.
